Follow the hall and open the door at the end of the hallway. Keep following along and collect the High-Grade Gunpowder (White) sitting on a pile of sludge on your left right before the closed gate.Ĭontinue along, then climb out of the muck on the left. Pick up the Blue Herb and drop back into the water. Turn left and follow along to the Workroom Lift door (that you can’t open yet). Follow the sewer to the end and drop down into the Lower Waterway - you probably recognize where you are now. Head back out onto the metal walkway and jump down on the right side.
